Piered Plinth 280

Piered Plinth 280 concrete plinth foundations are the solution for easy, eco-conscious builds on uneven ground, for builders of all skill levels.

When to use Piered Plinth 280

For use on sloping or undulating ground.
For use to raise the building higher above ground level.
For easy concealment of plinths.

A taller plinth for use on sloping or undulating ground to avoid the need for extensive ground works to level the site first.
Can accommodate a difference in levels across the site of up to 260mm so can be used on sloping or undulating sites without the need to level the ground first.

Lifts the building at least 300mm above ground level, and potentially up to around 550mm when Base Stones are added. Can be used where there is a specific height requirement between ground level and the floor of the building.

With a slender neck, when buried in the ground, a Piered Plinth can be hidden from view, concealed behind the perimeter of the building.

Can be used to support log cabins, garden studios, garden offices, sports pavilions, annexes, SIP’s structures and timber framed buildings. Safe Working Load – 2.5 tonnes per plinth.
