Swift Mini Plinth

Swift Mini Plinth is suitable for light duty applications up to 0.75 tonnes per plinth and spans between plinths of up to around 2.5 metres on ring beams of around 2” thick. This makes it ideal for decking areas, small garden offices and studios, and log cabins built using a timber frame construction or from SIPS panels.
With each Swift Mini Plinth order you will receive:
- Height adjustable bracket – in rust-resistant steel with a height adjustment of 50mm.
- A pre-cast steel reinforced concrete plinth (320 x 320 x 90mm tall) in which the bracket sits.
- Ground Reinforcement Grid – (500 x 500 x 40mm) spreads the load into the ground and is made from 100% recycled plastic.
- Weed resistant membrane – permeable membrane sheet to sit under the Ground Reinforcement Grid to suppress the growth of vegetation under the foundations.

Swift Mini Plinth is a low-profile plinth for use on small buildings and decking installations where the timber ring beam is 2” thick. The height adjustable bracket allows installation on slightly undulating or sloping ground without the need to level the site first. Can be used to support log cabins, small garden studios and garden offices, SIP’s structures and timber framed buildings. Safe Working Load – 0.75 tonnes per plinth, with 50mm of adjustment in the bracket.
