Ecobase Porous Pavers for Paths and Driveways have been designed to create a free-draining simple-to-install path or drive without using concrete, tarmac, flags or paving blocks. The pavers are lightweight, but tough, created from 100% recycled post-consumer waste plastics, and will reinforce the ground to create a path or drive. The cavities in the pavers are to be filled with gravel or other aggregates, wood chippings, mulch or soil to produce an attractive natural-looking feature through which water will drain.
Each grid is 500 x 500 x 40mm deep and weighs 1.4kg. Using click-fit connections the grids are easily joined together. Ecobase Porous Pavers support 240 tonnes/m2 even when empty.

Suitable uses:
- Use to create paths for pedestrians, prams, wheel chairs, bicycles and animals, or for driveways for cars, vans and light trucks.
- Create a path or driveway that will not sink, nor shift, nor rut, nor get muddy.
- Use instead of concrete, tarmac, flags or paving blocks to create an environmentally friendly path or driveway.
- Lightweight pavers measuring 500 x 500 x 40mm deep that interlock with self-fastening connectors in all four directions making them easy to lay. Pavers can be trimmed to size with a hacksaw if required.
- Supplied with sheet weed-resistant geotextile to lay under the pavers to keep weeds at bay.
- Water permeable pavers that meet SUDS requirements by reducing the risk of puddling and flooding as rainwater will drain through them to the ground beneath.
- Paver cavities retain contents such as gravel to prevent them spilling onto adjacent areas such as flower beds or lawns.
